When we talk about mental health, too often we isolate it from the rest of the body. But the truth is—your mental and physical health are deeply connected. One influences the other, always.
At Elevated Solutions Therapy, we recognize that healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. That’s why we take a whole-person approach—one that brings together the mind, body, and nervous system to help our clients move forward with clarity, stability, and strength.
Here’s why we believe this is not only important—but necessary.
Mental Health Is Physical Health:
When a child or teen is anxious, it shows up in the body: stomachaches, headaches, muscle tension, chronic fatigue, sleep issues.
When someone is navigating trauma or emotional dysregulation, their nervous system becomes over-activated. They might shut down, get reactive, or feel totally disconnected from their body—and struggle to function in school, work, or relationships.
Ignoring the body in mental health care means ignoring half the picture. And that’s a mistake we’re not willing to make.
No One Else Is Doing This for Our Clients—We Are:
Too many families are left trying to connect the dots across separate providers: therapists, pediatricians, nutritionists, psychiatrists. Each professional sees one part of the story—but no one is seeing the whole person.
That leads to:
- Delayed progress
- Disjointed treatment plans
- Clients staying in therapy for longer than necessary
I created Elevated Solutions Therapy to change that.
Our team collaborates across disciplines, asks the deeper questions, and gets to the root of what’s going on—not just what’s showing up on the surface. By integrating evidence-based therapies with a nervous-system-informed lens, we help clients gain momentum sooner and reduce the need for prolonged care.
What it Means to Work with the Whole Person:
We use clinical approaches grounded in Polyvagal Theory and Transactional Analysis, which help us understand how stress and safety impact the nervous system and behavior. Then, we layer in proven tools from:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- And other skill-based, research-supported methods
We also explore patterns like sleep, nutrition, movement, and sensory processing—because these impact mood, focus, and emotional regulation just as much as thoughts do.
This combination helps our clients:
- Feel grounded and in control of their responses
- Build awareness and coping skills faster
- Develop long-term habits that promote sustainable well-being
It’s About More Than Symptom Relief—It’s About Freedom:
When you address the full system—mental, emotional, and physical—you move beyond symptom management. You begin to build resilience.
At Elevated Solutions Therapy, we help clients move from stuck to empowered, from overwhelmed to regulated. We’re not here to keep you in therapy forever—we’re here to support you in creating a more fulfilling life sooner rather than later.
Because you deserve to feel better—and you don’t have to wait.
Let’s Work Together:

If you’re a parent watching your child struggle, or a young adult feeling disconnected from yourself, we’re here to help you make sense of it—and move forward with clarity and confidence.
